  3. Place water and ginger in a pot on the stove and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Strain liquid through a sieve into a mug, add a squeeze of lemon and honey to taste and voila!

Of course, if tea is not your thing, feel free to swap it out for wine!

  3. Gently remove the mask with a warm, wet towel.
