Old medicament: From time to time, go through your collection. Check the expiry dates and get rid of the ones that have passes them.

Notebooks: You might have old notebooks with notes. And you don’t need these anymore right? Be ruthless and throw them away.
Old electronics: We all have gadgets that only serve for gathering dust. Why keep these? Divide the ones that are broken and useless. Dispose them according to their manual. Be careful, as some electronics can be dangerous to the environment. Some devices require to be returned to their manufacturer for disposal. If you have some that are functional but you don’t use, sell them.
