Cleaning brushes

The brushes can be so difficult to clean. Luckily, you will not have to buy new brushes again and again. There is a brilliant and cheap way to clean them and make them look as brand new. You will need equal amount of hot water and vinegar. Dip the brushes in this mixture after painting. Leave for about 30 minutes , and you have them clean again!

Use tinfoil

This is one simple advice that will save you lots of time. Before you start using the paint tray, line it with tinfoil. After you have done painting, throw the foil. You will end up with a clean tray, that can be used again. This is an excellent way to save some money as well, as you don’t need to buy new ones.

Paintbrush in the fridge

If you want to take a brake from painting and start again later, then you will probably not do it because your brush will dry and become useless. So you don’t have to was it. Put it in a zip lock bag and let it chill in the fridge. You can use it later, as the paint won’t dry.

Professionals would say that same colored paint varies in different cans. You can buy two of the same color, and they can have a slight difference.
