Avoid the snooze button
No, those 5 extra minutes won’t help you get your sleep. Instead of wasting your time and waking up groggy, use it to something productive. In those 5 minutes, you can do lots of things such as put on makeup or get dressed.
Limit your screen time
Relaxing in front of the TV is everyone’s favorite activity. But, be sure that it can take so much of your time. If you want to watch your series, keep it limited to only one episode. It is very hard to do this, but you don’t want to end up wasting the whole afternoon.
Don’t leave everything for the morning
